An organization runs well when certain procedures and criteria are already set to maintain professionalism. And HR policies are an indispensable part to make it possible. Such policies act as guidelines for an organization and its employees. Also, HR policies are designed to provide solutions to all the problems that might arise and disturb a company’s culture.

Hence, it is not at all wrong to say that HR policies act as foundations for a company and its culture. It highlights an employee’s role, benefits, and provides instructions to execute all the functions. So, HR policies are required in an organization to set standards, rules, and decorum for all the employees.
